What’s Crackalackin’?

Hellohello! I’m Ivy. Everyone tends to call me Ives. Another fun fact: usernames always end up as Ivysaur from Pokemon. So uncreative! :’( Haha.

People say that I’m both mature and immature. To some, I’m a 5-year old in a teenage body. To others, I’ve already grown into a young adult. 

I’m an Australian born Vietnamese. Sadly, I’m not exactly fluent in the language. Over the years I’ve forgotten how to speak it since I speak English more often and it sucks because I can’t talk to my older relatives properly. Waah!

My taste in music is strange. There’s a mix of everything. I’d like a good dose of hip-hop, rock, and R’n’B day to day. I listen to K-pop, groups usually including TVXQ, Big Bang, 2NE1, Infinite and B.A.P. I’m not a hardout kpop fan. It seems like TVXQ and Big Bang are my main two groups, anyway LOL

My favourite pianist and violinist on YouTube is Kyle Landry and Josh Chiu. I love listening to their covers, improvisations and pieces. Jung Sungha is also a favourite of mine for… well obvious reasons! :’)

I enjoy drawing, though I find it difficult to find any motivation to do my artworks at school. I dream of becoming an Art teacher. I can’t see myself doing anything else. A teacher is all I can see myself become right now.
